Press "Program" button on Extention 101 (usually the reception phone) |

Dial *#1234 (star, pound, 1234)
Programs are seperated between NUMBERS and NAMES. Both have to be changed. |

Dial 001 For NUMBERS |

Press "Next" (Spkr) button |
| 5. |
Enter 3 digit speed dial location (SPD 000-499) |
| 6. |
Dial 9 and then the complete telephone number to be stored along with all area and country codes.
The old number (if any) will disappear automatically. |

Press "Auto Dial/Store" button to save the number |
| 8. |
Press "Next" (Spkr) button until desired location (000-499) is displayed
Repeat step 6 |

When done, lift handset and then hang up or proceede to Step 3A to change the NAME
3A. Press the orange HOLD button
4A. Dial 002 for NAMES
5A. Press "Next" (Spkr) button
6A. Enter 3 digit speed dial location (SPD 000-499)
7A. To enter or change a NAME
Press the dial button with the corresponding letter you want to enter. (ex. M=6, E=3)
The 3 letters on that particular button will be displayed on the LCD screen
If your letter doesn't appear, press the "SHIFT" button along side of the LCD display
Press the bar (Soft Key) below the letter you want to enter
Continue to enter additional letters in this manner
Tip: To enter a BLANK SPACE press 0 (zero) and then press the leftmost Soft Key
8A. Press "Auto Dial/Store" button to save the name
9A. When done, lift handset and then hang up or proceede to Step 10A to enter more NAMES
10A. Press "Next" (Spkr) button until desired location (000-499) is displayed
Repeat step 6A
10A. When done, lift handset and then hang up |
